Bottled Water Store provides custom label bottled water for
businesses across the United States. We have been in business
since 1998 and operate a nationwide network of 10 bottling plants
to minimize freight costs and lead times for every order.

## Pricing
Custom label bottled water is priced based on order volume,
bottle size, water type, label selection, and freight to your
location. Freight is often the largest cost variable because
product ships by pallet via freight carrier.
Approximate per-bottle ranges before freight:
- Small quantity plastic orders: $0.65 - $0.85 per bottle
- Pallet quantity orders: $0.40 - $0.60 per bottle
- Multi-pallet to truckload orders: $0.23 - $0.40 per bottle
- Aluminum bottles: $0.90 - $1.05 per bottle
Larger orders produce meaningfully lower per-bottle costs. Most
repeat customers move to pallet quantities once they understand

Additional fees:
- One-time label setup fee covers design, formatting, and file
storage for all future reorders
- Logo recreation at higher resolution: $50 (you receive all files)
## Lead times by season
Lead time varies by season. Plan accordingly:
- Peak season (April through August): 4-6 weeks from order to
delivery. This is our busiest period. Order early for summer
events, tournaments, and hospitality programs.
- Standard season (September through March): 3-4 weeks from
order to delivery. Faster turnaround is more consistently
available during this window.
- Reorders any season: approximately 1 week faster than new
orders because label artwork is already on file.
- Rush orders: not guaranteed. Contact us directly at
customerservice@bottledwaterstore.com to discuss options.
Transit time is in addition to production lead time and varies
by destination.

### Order process
How do I get pricing?
Complete the Request a Quote form at bottledwaterstore.com.
We respond as quickly as possible. You can also email
customerservice@bottledwaterstore.com.
How does payment work?
New customers require a credit card on file with a 50% deposit
upfront. The remaining balance is due on label proof approval.
Established customers receive a full invoice due on shipment.
If I provide my own label art do I still pay a setup fee?
Yes. Our graphic designers ensure the artwork is correctly
formatted for production. This is a one-time setup fee. Your
complete label is kept on file for all future reorders.
What are the artwork requirements?
Artwork must be 300 DPI or higher. Preferred formats are vector
files or Adobe Illustrator files (.ai, .eps). Include any
additional details such as website, phone number, or tagline.
My logo is not 300 DPI. What now?
Our graphic artist can recreate your logo at higher resolution
for $50. You receive all files for use on any future projects.
Can you design my label from scratch?
Yes. Label design is included in the one-time setup fee. Our
designers use your logo, graphic materials, and text to create
a personalized label.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We prepare a full color digital proof for your review.
We never print without your explicit approval.

Do the bottles come filled with water?
Yes. All bottles come pre-filled with high quality purified
or spring water.
How many bottles are in a case?
24 bottles per case.
Can I split an order between two or more labels?
Yes.
Can I choose a brand like FIJI or Voss for private labeling?
No. Only our own ultra purified or spring water are available
for private labeling.
Do you offer glass bottles?
No. We offer rPet recycled plastic and aluminum bottles only.
Can I choose my bottle shape?
Yes. Multiple bottle styles are available depending on region.
Options include ribbed, bullet, aluminum, and Blue Glastic.
How long can bottled water be stored?
The FDA has determined there is no limit to the shelf life
of bottled water.

What locations do you ship to?
All 50 states. Our 10 bottling plants are strategically located
throughout the US to keep shipping costs low.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Additional shipping costs apply for multiple delivery
addresses.
What is the lead time?
New orders require approximately 4-6 weeks peak season or
3-4 weeks standard season, plus transit time. Reorders are
approximately 1 week faster. See Lead Times by Season above.
