Pricing and Minimum Order
Custom label bottled water typically costs between $0.23 and $0.85 per plastic bottle before freight, depending on order volume. Small quantity orders run $0.65 to $0.85 per bottle, pallet quantities run $0.40 to $0.60, and multi-pallet to truckload orders run $0.23 to $0.40. Aluminum runs $0.90 to $1.05 per bottle. The minimum order is 24 cases, which is 576 bottles, for standard plastic bottles in 8 oz, 12 oz, 16.9 oz, and 20 oz. Aluminum bottles and cans also start at 24 cases. Blue and Clear Glastic start at a full pallet. Orders scale up to full and multiple pallets.

Yes. The per-bottle cost drops significantly as order volume rises, because production and freight become more efficient. Most repeat customers move to pallet quantities once they see the volume economics.

How do I get a quote and place an order?

Typical turnaround is 3 to 5 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the season. Reorders are faster because your label artwork is already on file. Transit time is in addition to production time and varies by destination.
How long does custom label bottled water take?

For new customers we require a credit card on file and charge a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on label proof approval. Established customers receive the full balance in an invoice due on shipment.

Plastic bottles come in 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz, 16.9 oz, and 20 oz. We also offer aluminum bottles, 12 oz and 16.9 oz aluminum cans, and Blue and Clear Glastic, which is a glass-look plastic. Options vary by region.

Purified and spring water are standard. Alkaline and electrolyte water are available in select regions. All water is bottled in an FDA-approved facility.
What types of water do you offer?

Yes. Our purified water is processed through reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, micro-filtration, UV, and ozone treatment in an FDA-approved facility. Spring water is also available.
Is your water purified, and where does it come from?

Yes. We offer aluminum bottles, a 12 oz direct-print aluminum can, and a 16.9 oz resealable aluminum can with a twist-off cap. Aluminum is a premium, eco-friendly option for upscale settings.
Do you offer aluminum bottles and cans?
We do not offer real glass. We offer rPET recycled plastic bottles, aluminum bottles, and aluminum cans, plus Blue and Clear Glastic, which is a glass-look plastic that gives a premium appearance without the weight or breakage risk of glass.
Do you offer glass bottles?
24 bottles per case. The standard minimum order is 24 cases, which is 576 bottles.
How many bottles are in a case?
Yes. You can split an order between two or more labels.
Can I split an order between two or more labels?
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which regulates bottled water as a packaged food product, has determined there is no limit to the shelf life of bottled water.
How long can bottled water be stored?

Yes, we design it. Professional label design is included in the one-time setup fee. Send us your logo, colors, and any text, and our designers create a personalized label. You can also provide your own finished artwork.
Can you design my label, or do I need my own?

Artwork must be 300 DPI or higher. Preferred files are vector or Adobe Illustrator files such as .ai or .eps. Include any details you want on the label, such as website, phone number, or tagline.
What are the artwork requirements?

We have a graphic artist who can recreate your logo at higher resolution for $50. You receive all the files to use on any of your own future projects.
My logo is not high resolution. What now?

Yes, there is a one-time label setup fee that covers design, formatting, and file storage. It applies even when you provide your own artwork, because we format it for production, and your label is then kept on file for all future reorders at no additional setup cost.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Our graphic artists prepare a full color digital proof and send it to you for review. We never print labels without your explicit approval.

Custom label bottled water ships by LTL freight, which stands for less-than-truckload. Your order is stacked on pallets and moved by a freight carrier, not a parcel service like UPS or FedEx. Freight is the most cost-effective way to move the weight of a bottled water order.

We ship to all 48 states in the continental US. Our bottling plants are strategically located throughout the US so your order ships from a location near you, which keeps freight costs low.

Yes. We can ship to two or more locations, and additional shipping costs apply per destination.
Can you ship to multiple locations?

No loading dock is required. Deliveries are made with a liftgate truck that lowers the pallet to the ground at your location. You do not need any special equipment to receive it.
Do I need a loading dock to receive my order?
By default, the freight carrier lowers the pallet to the ground and moving it inside is the customer’s responsibility, so have a couple of people or a hand truck ready for larger orders. If you would rather not handle it, inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Just ask when you request a quote.
Who moves the water inside after it is delivered?
By default, the carrier delivers during standard business hours, generally 8 AM to 5 PM, and does not call ahead, so someone should be available to receive and sign for the shipment. If you want a scheduled delivery appointment, that is available for an additional charge.
Will I get a delivery appointment?
Residential and limited-access deliveries are possible but may carry an additional freight charge. Tell us your delivery location when you request a quote so we include the correct freight cost.
Can you deliver to a residential or hard-to-reach address?
Inspect your shipment on delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before you sign. Contact us right away if there is a problem so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
