ORDERING INFORMATION FOR GLASS BOTTLES

Bottled Water products are available in glass but require special handling to prevent breakage. The Bottled Water Store has found that shipping Glass bottles on pallets, while not a guaranty,  is the best protection from breakage.

Pallet quantities are typically 50 to 85 cases per pallet.  The best shipping rates can be obtained when ordering full pallet quantities. The Bottled Water Store understands that pallet quantities may be too large  for many customers and so we offer products in smaller quantities for your convenience.

The minimum order is 10 cases. They will be palletized, shrink wrapped and shipped by truck to any destination in the United States. Call or Email us and request  a freight quote in advance of your order.

Exceptions to Glass Policy

Two brands of bottled water packaged in glass may be purchased by the case and shipped by UPS. They are Sunlight Springs and Oregon Rain. These products are packaged using special materials that are typically used to ship wine bottles.

NOTICE: The Bottled Water Store is not responsible for broken or damaged products shipped in glass. All claims must be made with the shipping company by the customer.
