What is the best way for me to receive your pricing and information? The best way is to send an Email to watermaster@bottledwaterstore.com. If you already know the bottle size and quantity you would like, and you would like to receive a quotation with pricing (and no hidden costs), just complete the form by clicking here.

What kind of water do you use for your Private Label service? Unless otherwise requested, our product is Ultra Purified water. Spring water is available at a slightly higher price. We do not offer flavored or water with additives.

Can I choose any brand like FIJI or Voss for my Private Label? Only our own Ultra Purified or Spring water is available for private labeling.

Do you offer glass bottles for Private labeling? No. Only PET bottles are used.

What is your minimum order? This varies by geographic location. On the west coast of the USA, areas served by our California bottling plants, the minimum for any size is 12 cases. In the Southeast USA, our minimum order is 12 cases for 16.9 oz only. For all other sizes, the minimum is one pallet.  Twelve to 23 cases start at .67 per bottle. On the east coast, northeast, mid-west our minimum for the sizes we offer is 36 cases. Can I split the order between two or more labels?  Yes.

Can you ship my order to two or more different locations? Yes.

What is your lead time? New Orders require 3 weeks for production then transit time. Reorders are 2 weeks + transit time.

Can I choose from a selection of bottle shapes? Our bottles are crafted from extra heavy-weight recyclable plastic to ensure durability and lock out any impurities. We also make sure our label area is flat, giving you a ridge-free surface behind your label so there is no crinkling.

Do you have "rush" service? Yes. We offer "Rush" service on new orders. This save about 1 week of lead time.

How many bottles are in a case? 24

How long can water be stored?  The industry standard "expiration" for water is 2 years but stored properly, water will remain fresh indefinitely. For more information, click here.

I have label art, do I still pay the "set-up" fee? Bottled Water Store.com will prepare you label just as you like it, using your logo and/or graphic materials and text. Or if you use the services of a graphic artist ask us for a template to be sure your art conforms with our specifications. Which ever process you prefer requires "hands on" time by our graphic artists and this is covered by the set-up fee.

Can I see what the label will look like before you print it? Yes. Our graphic artists will prepare a label proof and we will send it to you by Email. Upon your review it you have the option to approve it for printing or tell us if it needs changes. We will not print labels without your approval.

I am on a budget and only need the minimum, what is your lowest cost order? Our minimum order quantity is 12 cases, 288 bottles. We would ship to you using UPS and because UPS charges by weight, we recommend 8 oz bottles because they weigh less than 12 oz and 16.9 oz.
