Orders are shipped by UPS, our preferred carrier, and arrive in five to ten business days for most orders. All quoted shipping charges are for destinations in the USA only. For Canadian orders, BWS will add $12 or $15 to your order, depending on package weight, to cover the additional shipping cost and export documentation.

BWS ships worldwide! For international orders, the shipping method and freight charges will be determined and then E-mailed to you for approval prior to shipping. Please note that a case of water shipped to most countries outside the US will cost approximately $130 to $200 or more. Larger orders can be shipped by Ocean Freight or Air Freight at considerably less cost.

Do not be concerned if items in your order arrive in separately. Most Bottled Water Store products are shipped directly from the source which are located throughout the USA and will likely not be shipped at the same time. Some products require up to 10 days for delivery.
